In our kickoff call, we'll discuss your key objectives for our engagement and how we'll measure success.

From there, I follow a 3-step process: 

1. RESEARCH & DISCOVERY: Jumping in fast, I gather the info I need to understand the unique value you bring to the market. I talk with your experts, review your positioning, study your solution, and check out your competitors. Most importantly, I get to know your customers: What pain were they feeling before? What motivated them to buy? Why'd they choose you? How has their life changed with your solution? What words do they use? 

2. ANALYSIS & PLANNING: Next, l develop a messaging strategy that cuts through the complexities of your solution to reveal clear customer value. What's the most meaningful problem you solve for your customers? What's at stake for them? How do you solve the problem better than anyone else? 

3. EXECUTION & DELIVERY: This is where your messaging comes to life! Leaning on my decades of writing experience, I create copy that hits at the heart, sets you apart, and inspires action.
